All styling, custom designs, software assets, database architectures, and documentation associated with espresso.haus and Zeus remain the exclusive intellectual property of Espresso Haus. All third-party services and integrations (such as Discord and Firebase) are governed by their respective owners' policies.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any of the Services (including whitelisting permissions for Discord servers running Zeus) at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, particularly for usage violating Discord Terms of Service or these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Espresso Haus and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from the use, operations, or performance of Zeus or espresso.haus.
