At Espresso Haus, we prioritize of security and privacy of our communities. Our services, including the Zeus Discord Bot ("Zeus") and the espresso.haus dashboard, are engineered to respect individual and guild data boundaries.
We do NOT track personal messaging, harvest member profiles, or sell/distribute your data to marketers, advertisers, or third parties.
02. Discord Server Whitelisting Model
The Zeus Discord Bot operates strictly under a security-focused whitelisting model:
- Zeus only executes commands and enables services on Discord channels/servers that have been explicitly whitelisted by the administration.
- Zeus does not automatically log or process conversations from channels outside the whitelisted command channels.
- All command executions and status logs are strictly transient and/or securely monitored only to guarantee stability and prevent bot spam.
03. Firebase User Authentication & Dashboard
For the espresso.haus dashboard website, authentication is managed via Google Firebase:
- We collect or retrieve your email address, display name, and avatar URL solely to build your user session securely.
- Tokens are stored securely using browser cookies and local sessions to keep you authenticated safely.
- You can completely clear or terminate your session at any time simply by clicking 'Logout'.
04. Third-Party Service Providers
We utilize trusted foundational services for host infrastructure and security:
- Discord API: Facilitates commands and integration boundaries.
- Google Firebase: Handles secure authentication.
- Hostinger VPS (Zeus): Runs backend and database containers securely in a protected environment.
